Jake brings 9 years of transformative experience in real estate development, specializing in driving growth and operational excellence. With expertise in managing complex construction projects, including Small Lot Ordinance and Condominium builds, he has a proven track record in Site and Building Caisson construction, project acquisition, entitlements, and strategic planning.
Based in Costa Mesa, Jake enjoys morning runs on the beach, reading historical fiction, and collecting typewriters. He lives with his wife, their new daughter, and two beloved dogs.
